Communication is at now at our fingertips, and we are being constantly bombarded with advertising and demands at lightning speed. We have to ponder the questions of the health of this new-found social speed and excitement, and the ramifications that it may have for as individuals and well as with the wider community. I will look forward to shedding some light on these issues as well as offer some solutions for those that are finding it difficult to break free from the brain information overload.

    We just have to work at our own pace. Otherwise, we’ll be a society of burned out stars.

      I could not agree more. Living in the present is more difficult than it has ever been given the speed of information and the current demands of every day life. It’s a bit like trying to watch a spinning wheel go around, after a while, you will get dizzy. For those that can make the conscious shift to actually break free of the spinning thoughts and look away from the wheel from time to time, will be the most content and satisfied into the next decade and beyond in my opinion.
