		<description><![CDATA[Totally agree.  Why today do we have such an issue with you must give before you receive?  Or, to put it another way, you cannot reap a harvest without first preparing the field; planting the seed; watering, fertilising and weeding along the way.  Success requires working consistently hard and adjusting as required.]]></description>
